Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using PromptVault you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Seller

PromptVault is operated by Titus Herbert. When you purchase a subscription, your order is processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use PromptVault to create unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive or infringing content, to attack or overload the service, to scrape or resell the prompt library, or to bypass access limits.

Prompts and content

The PromptVault library, site design and code belong to us. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the prompts for your own work, including commercial work, but not to redistribute the library itself.

Prompts you write or generate remain yours. You grant us the limited right to store and process them so we can provide the service.

AI output

Prompts and AI-generated text are provided as-is. AI can be inaccurate. Review anything you produce before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical or safety matters.

Payment and subscription terms

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and the specific features included will be shown before you buy.

All payments, billing, tax, subscription management, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Please review Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms for full details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account or by contacting Paddle support. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle. See our Refund Policy for details.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
