30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on PromptVault Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at promptvault@striide.me.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is approved, your Pro access will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the refunded billing period. You will still be able to use the free weekly prompts.
